For nearly two decades, she has supported executives in navigating the conversations that shape trust, credibility, and decisions, especially when the stakes are high. She has collaborated with institutions such as IESE Business School and works with organisations across industries to elevate leadership communication at every level.
Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, dialogue, and AI. She is the founder of Speak Up & Lead Academy and the creator of Speakopoly™, a gamified learning experience that helps professionals practise high-stakes communication in a safe, practical environment.
